Women’s wing was started in year 1925. This wing conducts Activities for the women and by the women and aims at ensuring increased participation of women in public life and social work. It also enlightens them regarding their rights, duties and on special laws relating to women. Facilities for counseling on family planning and family harmony are also provided through this wing.Besides arranging Mahalaxmi Pooja festival, the wing organizes a number of cultural programmes for women during the year. Members of this wing take part in various competitions held by other institutions and get prizes.Also they participate in cultural programmes on Radio and TV.
